About me:: Background: My grandfather was a disc jokey for 8 years until he became an evening news anchor. My aunt was the 1st female inducted into the MS Broadcaster's Association in 1973. My father went to work for her as a disc jokey at age 18 and worked his way up in the business. My dad always use to say: "Radio. Once it's in your blood, nothing else will ever give you the same satisfaction"... And then came the i pod. For the past 2 years I've been on a quest... Searching for a way to put a spin on things. The theme song for my quest is "Last DJ" by Tom Petty. Listen to the lyrics and if you are clever, you can figure me out. I will talk to anyone about anything. My favorite conversations are the ones I have with strangers. I hear songs and sound effects inside my head constantly... like the drum & symbol when someone tells the punchline to a joke, or the splat noise when a person falls or if someone is telling me about a situation they are going through..a song will pop into my head that directly relates to the emotions they are expressing... that kinda thing. If you call my last job for a reference they will describe me as "quirky".

Things I like:: independent music, vinyl records, guitars, good songs, good conversations, good news, making people laugh REALLY hard, sunsets, hugs, succeeding, and chasing the dream.
