Maybe a contest?
Interface/design leaves something to be desired. I know that's vague and sounds like a wish-washy comment, but something dedicated to something creative should be creative itself. As it stands, the color pallette and design feels "toyish" - which isn't a bad thing by itself but there's a disconnect between the intent and the content.
Thanks for the feedback guys. Definitely will consider contests in the future. And design tweaks are on the wishlist as well. There's a fine line between fun & toyish. We need to make sure we're playing on the right side of that line.

Restrict content specifically to thing created by the user. The only reason I, and I suspect others as well, would want to particiapte in a forum such as this is because it's not inundated with crap a la YouTube. I like the idea of an industry driven forum that is used by my peers. If the content becomes a mish-mash of random crap, I suspect the professionals will start dropping away quickly and it'll be a slippery slope to get back to the core intention.
I fully support this idea. Notably after what has just started to happen on the video section on adbakery. Otherwise what is the point of it? Deniro? Robin Williams? Surf Movies? Have these people read specifically what this site is about? Very odd indeed... Anyone interested in seeing an old Hi8 copy of my grandma's birthday? Or with all due respect some CNN 9/11 footage? Ummm....
Hey guys,

I hear you on this. I think the problem is that some people just want videos on their own Sheet - and they don't realize that when you "add videos" they go into the site's video section.

Bakers wanting to post a YouTube video only on their own Sheet can:
1) copy & paste the embed code into their HTML text box
2) copy & paste the embed code on their comment wall.

If you notice someone is adding "random" videos, feel free to politely mention the above options to them.

Appreciate the feedback,
-Sean
It shows 'play' sign, even before the whole video is downloaded, thus in order to see the whole video, many times I have to play it several times, as it progresses little bit more in each play.
Anis,

If you click on "pause" and wait for the whole video to upload, then you will be able to see it all at once. How quickly or slowly it uploads depends on your internet connection, not the website.
If you are looking for ways to add the contest concept you should check out bootb.com. Another creative social network is openad.org.

Just some suggestions on what you can incorporate into your site
Just for your info...when i tried to sign up...i had to go directly to ning.com
